We provide a number of services for exhibitors participating in an exhibition at our venues.
Exhibitor services
Our services can be organised through your exhibition manager or directly with Positively Wellington Venues.

- utility services (power dropped from ceilings)

Exhibitor access
Access to the venues is through the following entries:
- Michael Fowler Centre - via porte cochere to the main entry and lift to exhibition level, off Wakefield Street
- Wellington Town Hall - via main entry off Wakefield Street, or via pre-arranged access to loading dock or Civic Square entrance
- TSB Bank Arena - via the Arena's loading dock at the rear of building off Jervois Quay
Access to the venue is only available during specified move-in and move-out times. Please consult your exhibition manager for these access times.
Please note there is no parking held for exhibitors. An unloading limit of 15 minutes applies to all vehicles in loading areas. Vehicles could be towed at owners risk.
