On the same level is Civic Suite 3, an intimate venue that works well as a breakout room for the Civic Suites (Civic Suite 3 is hired separately).
In addition to venue rental, there will be charges for catering requirements, technical equipment and labour (e.g. security and front-of-house). A detailed estimate of cost can be prepared upon request.
